What Did Blair Wear? (Episode 3.12: The Debarted)

I apologize for the deluge of pictures to follow, but this is one complicated outfit and I wanted to show all the details. Blair wears a fall/winter 2009 Escada coat and Lanvin cap-toe slingbacks, and carries a Valentino 360 in cream with lace overlay and an olive green cloche.

This photo clearly shows her Alexander Wang black-and-white houndstooth pussy bow blouse and Brooks Brothers Black Fleece button front skirt.
I apologize for the quality of these screenshots, but I love that you can tell that B is just wearing her navy silk robe under her tweed coat. She clearly just pulled on the coat and the mismatched scarf and ran out the room to see S in the hospital, a testament to their friendship.
