Anthropologie owns the market on charming dresses, and the Cloaked Vista dress by Floreat is another fantastic choice. The bodice is black mesh with yellow underneath, and the layered effect produces a shade very similiar to J.Crew's burnished olive. The dress also has pockets and a full, swirly skirt. Kim, of the fab blog Anthroholic, took a dressing-room photo of the yellow tulle petticoat for her review, and it's probably the best part about this dress--so unexpected and charming.

Sigh, I so love this dress. The crinoline underneath is the most amazing part. (Natalie of Anthropologie Addict also has some nice pictures showing the petticoat.) I am sad that it is sold out online in my size :(
