I love this Ann Taylor wool bow neck coat, and it reminds me of the Marlene Birger Justinas jacket. This Ann Taylor piece would make for a lovely cocktail coat, but the simple shape could also work with jeans and heels for a more casual evening out.

Ah, I was reminded of the Malene Birger coat when I saw this as well and have been so tempted to get it. I'm still hoping to find the MB on eBay sometime though -- I feel like a non-black color will really make the pleating detail stand out more.

ReplyDeleteA beautiful, understated coat. All a girl needs is a mid-century, modern chair to swing it over when she reveals the cute cocktail dress underneath. And I'd have to say the back is much prettier than the MB jacket. Great blog!
